Agreement Relating to Stock definition

Agreement Relating to Stock means that certain Agreement Relating to Stock, dated as of August 28, 2007, between and among each of Thomas J. Pritzker, Marshall E. Eisenberg and Karl J. Breyer, not individually but in their capacity as trustees, and the other parties signatory thereto, as amended from time to time.
Agreement Relating to Stock means that certain Agreement Relating to Stock, dated as of August 28, 2007, among certain of the Stockholders and the other Persons signatory thereto, as amended from time to time.
