Amendment No. 2 definition

Amendment No. 2 means that certain Amendment No. 2 to this Agreement dated as of the Amendment No. 2 Effective Date, by and among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Amendment No. 2 means that certain Amendment No. 2 to Credit Agreement, dated as of October 26, 2018, by and among the Borrower, each Loan Party and each Mission Equity Holder party thereto, the Administrative Agent and the other Lenders party thereto.

Amendment No. 2 means this Amendment No. 2 to Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement by and among Agent, Lenders, Borrowers and Guarantors (including the Amendment No. 1 to Guarantee by Borrowers and Guarantors in favor of Agent set forth herein), as the same now exists and may hereafter be further amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
