Amendment No. 1 definition

Amendment No. 1 means Amendment No. 1 to Credit Agreement dated as of October 25, 2016, by and among the Loan Parties, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

Amendment No. 1 means Amendment No. 1 to this Agreement, dated as of April 8, 2013, by and among the Borrower, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Lenders party thereto.

• Except as modified by this Amendment No. 1, all provisions of the Contract remain in full force and effect.

• After the Amendment No. 1 Effective Date, all references in any Loan Document to the Credit Agreement shall be deemed to be references to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby and as further amended, modified, restated, supplemented or extended from time to time.
