Examples of Outstanding Preferred Shares in a sentence
For purposes of the foregoing, "majority of the Outstanding Preferred Shares" means (i) 67% or more of such shares present at a meeting, if the holders of more than 50% of such shares are present or represented by proxy, or (ii) more than 50% of such shares, whichever is less.
