Examples of Affordable Rented Dwelling in a sentence

  • A Nominee who unreasonably delays his agreement to accept a tenancy of such Affordable Rented Dwelling for more than seven days shall be deemed to have rejected the offer of a tenancy.

  • Assessment of suitability of the Affordable Rented Dwelling by the Association shall take into account (inter alia) the location of the Affordable Rented Dwelling in relation to the needs of the Nominee and the Association’s management policies and the letting shall be on terms normally and from time to time offered to applicants by the Association and in the form of the Association’s standard assured non-shorthold tenancy agreement from time to time.

  • The 20,000sqft unit hereby approved shall not be used for general industrial purposes (within Class B2 of the Town and Country Planning Use Classes Order 2005) except during the following hours: Monday to Fridays 0730-2000, Saturday 0730-1600.

  • Affordable Rent means a rent which does not exceed eighty per centum (80%) of the market rent (inclusive of service charges) for an equivalent property of the relevant size and location such rent to be assessed and set in accordance with the applicable requirements of Legislation and of the Rent Standard;

  • Affordable Housing Unit means a rental unit in an affordable housing building that rents for an amount that is affordable to households at or below 60 percent of area median income, as median income was most recently determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the Minneapolis- St. Paul- Bloomington, Minnesota-Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area, as adjusted for household size and number of bedrooms.

  • Historic property means any prehistoric or historic site, district, building, object, or other real or personal property of historical, architectural, or archaeological value, and folklife resources. These properties or resources may include, but are not limited to, monuments, memorials, Indian habitations, ceremonial sites, abandoned settlements, sunken or abandoned ships, engineering works, treasure trove, artifacts, or other objects with intrinsic historical or archaeological value, or any part thereof, relating to the history, government, and culture of Florida.

  • Water-oriented use means a use that is water-dependent, water-related, or water-enjoyment, or a combination of such uses.

  • Marijuana testing facility means an entity licensed to analyze and certify the safety and potency of marijuana.

  • Wellhead protection area means the surface and subsurface area surrounding a water well or well field that supplies a public water system through which contaminants are reasonably likely to migrate toward the water well or well field.

  • Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.

  • Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District against which an Assessment is levied.
