Affiliated Party Transaction definition

Affiliated Party Transaction means any transaction, contract, agreement, understanding, loan, advance or guarantee with, or for the benefit of, any director, officer or Affiliate of the Company.
Affiliated Party Transaction means any agreement, arrangement or transaction with any of its managers, members or with any relative of such Person or any Affiliate of them.
Affiliated Party Transaction is defined in Section 5.24.
