Affiliated Director definition

Affiliated Director means a Director of the fund who is an "interested person" as such term is defined in Section 2(a)(19) of the 0000 Xxx.

Affiliated Director means, for purposes of this Code, a director or honorary director of the Corporation who is a director, officer or employee of the Adviser, the Sub-Advisers, Foreside or an affiliate of any of them.

Affiliated Director means, for purposes of this Code, a director or honorary director of the Fund who is a director, officer or employee of the Adviser or Administrator or an affiliate of either.

Examples of Affiliated Director in a sentence

• No compensation shall be paid to any Management Director, Affiliated Director, or ex officio Director for his or her services on the Board, other than the compensation paid to the Management Director for services as CEO of the Corporation.

• The Governance and Nominating Committee will nominate Non- Affiliated Director candidates with the objective of having at least one Non- Affiliated Director with expertise in electric transmission operations and planning.

More Definitions of Affiliated Director

Affiliated Director means any member of the Board who has been designated by Investor for nomination or appointment as a director of the Company pursuant to a Voting Agreement.
