Adult Abuse Registry means a list, maintained by APS, of individuals who have been substantiated for or convicted of abusing, neglecting, or exploiting a vulnerable adult.

Adult Abuse Registry is means a central registry of information established by § 8564 of Title 11 that relates to substantiated cases of adult abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or financial exploitation.
