Adult abuse means the willful infliction of physical pain, injury or mental anguish or unreasonable
National Registry means the database of information about State certified and licensed appraisers maintained by the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
Applicable Registry Operators means, collectively, the registry operators of top-‐level domains party to a registry agreement that contains a provision similar to this Section 7.6, including Registry Operator.
Advanced practice registered nurse or ‘APRN’ means a registered nurse who is prepared for an advanced practice registered nursing role by virtue of additional knowledge and skills gained through an advanced formal education program of nursing in a specialty area that is approved by the board. The categories of APRN are nurse practitioner, certified nurse‑midwife, clinical nurse specialist, and certified registered nurse anesthetist. An advanced practice registered nurse shall hold a doctorate, a post‑nursing master’s certificate, or a minimum of a master’s degree that includes advanced education composed of didactic and supervised clinical practice in a specific area of advanced practice registered nursing. APRNs must achieve national certification within two years post‑graduation. An APRN may perform those activities considered to be the practice of registered nursing or advanced practice consisting of nonmedical acts, such as population health management; quality improvement or research projects within a health care system; and analysis of data and corresponding system recommendations, revisions, developments, or informatics. An APRN also may perform specified medical acts pursuant to a practice agreement as defined in item (45) and approved written guidelines as defined in item (9).”
International Registry means the international registry established pursuant to the Cape Town Treaty.
Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance All contractors and subcontractors must provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this agreement (and update it annually thereafter) to support audit compliance with 45CFR95.621 subpart F, ADP (Automated Data Processing) System Security Requirements and Review Process.
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.
Registered nurse means a person registered by the Board as a Registered Nurse.
National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures, and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.
Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.
Registered Nurse (RN means an individual licensed pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 152.
Registry System means the system operated by PIR for Registered Names in the Registry TLD.
Public safety answering point or “PSAP” means an answering location for 9-1-1 calls originating in a given area. A PSAP may be designated as Primary or Secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering. Primary PSAPs respond first; Secondary PSAPs receive calls on a transfer basis only, and generally serve as a centralized answering location for a particular type of emergency call. PSAPs are staffed by employees of Service Agencies such as police, fire or emergency medical agencies or by employees of a common bureau serving a group of such entities.
Public safety answering point (PSAP) means a 24-hour, state, local, or contracted communications facility, which has been designated by the local service board to receive 911 service calls and dispatch emergency response services in accordance with the E911 service plan.
Sealed Source and Device Registry means the national registry that contains all the registration certificates, generated by both NRC and the Agreement States, that summarize the radiation safety information for the sealed sources and devices and describe the licensing and use conditions approved for the product.
Adult basic education means education or instruction designed to achieve general competence of skills in reading, writing, and oral communication, including English as a second language and preparation and testing services for obtaining a high school diploma or a general equivalency diploma.
International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;
Adult education means all education or instruction,
Registered Name refers to a domain name within the domain of the Registry TLD, whether consisting of two or more (e.g., xxxx.xxxxx.xxxx) levels, about which VNDS or an affiliate engaged in providing registry services maintains data in a registry database, arranges for such maintenance, or derives revenue from such maintenance. A name in a registry database may be a Registered Name even though it does not appear in a TLD zone file (e.g., a registered but inactive name).
Traffic lane or "lane" means that portion of a roadway designed or designated to accommodate the
Federal Book-Entry System means the book-entry system referred to in Rule 17f-4(b) under the Investment Company Act of 1940 for United States and federal agency securities (i.e., as provided in Subpart O of Treasury Circular No. 300, 31 CFR 306, Subpart B of 31 CFR Part 350, and the book-entry regulations of federal agencies substantially in the form of Subpart O).
Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.
Public Safety and/or “Nuisance” means anything which is injurious to the safety or health of an entire community or neighborhood, or any considerable number of persons, or unlawfully obstructs the free passage or use, in the customary manner, of any navigable lake, or river, bay, stream, canal, or basin.
Certified Domestic Violence Specialist means a person who has fulfilled the requirements of certification as a Domestic Violence Specialist established by the New Jersey Association of Domestic Violence Professionals.
Adult day care center means any facility that is either operated for profit or that desires licensure
