Adopted codes definition

Adopted codes means the codes listed in Section 100.100.10, as amended by the 2007 Amendments.
Adopted codes means code adopted by the jurisdiction. In the absence of any such Code adoption, the National Fire Protection Association National Fire Alarm & Signaling Code 72 (NFPA 72) shall apply as referenced in one or more of the following codes; the National Fire Protection Association’s Life Safety Code 101 (NFPA 101), International Building Code (IBC), International Fire Code (IFC), International Residential Code (IRC).
Adopted codes means code adopted by the jurisdiction. In the absence of any such Code adoption, the Canadian National Fire Code (or applicable Provincial Fire Code) shall apply.

  • CITY OR TOWN CODE REGULATING TRUCK PARKING Adopted codes do not regulate truck parking.

  • Applicable Regulations As to any Mortgage Loan, all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules and regulations applicable thereto.

  • Model Code shall refer to the OEM code used to identify a particular subset of a Vehicle Model.

  • Conduct Regulations means the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003;

  • Railway Code Systems means necessary systems within the meaning of the Systems Code;

  • EP Regulations means The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations SI 2016 No.1154 and words and expressions used in this permit which are also used in the Regulations have the same meanings as in those Regulations.

  • ISO-NE Rules means all rules and procedures adopted by NEPOOL, ISO-NE, or the RTO, and governing wholesale power markets and transmission in New England, as such rules may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to, the ISO-NE Tariff, the ISO-NE Operating Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the ISO-NE Planning Procedures (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the Transmission Operating Agreement (as defined in the ISO-NE Tariff), the ISO-NE Participants Agreement, the manuals, procedures and business process documents published by ISO-NE via its web site and/or by its e-mail distribution to appropriate NEPOOL participants and/or NEPOOL committees, as amended, superseded or restated from time to time.

  • ACNC Act means the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth).

  • SAFE Rules and Regulations means collectively, the Circular 37 and any other applicable SAFE rules and regulations, as amended.

  • Medicare Regulations means, collectively, all federal statutes (whether set forth in Title XVIII of the Social Security Act or elsewhere) affecting the health insurance program for the aged and disabled established by Title XVIII of the Social Security Act and any statutes succeeding thereto; together with all applicable provisions of all rules, regulations, manuals and orders and administrative, reimbursement and other guidelines having the force of law of all Governmental Authorities (including without limitation, Health and Human Services ("HHS"), HCFA, the Office of the Inspector General for HHS, or any Person succeeding to the functions of any of the foregoing) promulgated pursuant to or in connection with any of the foregoing having the force of law, as each may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • UCITS Regulations means the European Communities Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities) Regulations, 2011 (S.I. No. 352 of 2011) (as amended consolidated or substituted from time to time) and any regulations or notices issued by the Central Bank pursuant thereto for the time being in force.

  • Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.
