Administrative Staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;

PJM Administrative Service means the services provided by PJM pursuant to Tariff, Schedule 9. PJM Board:

Uniform standard means a standard adopted by the Commission for a Product line, pursuant to Article VII of this Compact, and shall include all of the Product requirements in aggregate; provided, that each Uniform Standard shall be construed, whether express or implied, to prohibit the use of any inconsistent, misleading or ambiguous provisions in a Product and the form of the Product made available to the public shall not be unfair, inequitable or against public policy as determined by the Commission.
Administrative Plans means investment plans offered by the Management Company and approved by the Commission, where such plans allow investors a specific investment strategy in any one or a combination of Schemes managed by the Management Company in accordance with the conditions specified by SECP.
Administrative Party means an Arranger or the Facility Agent.
Administrative Rules means the rules and procedures of the Issuer relating to the operation of the Plan.
Administrative Cost Rate As of any date of determination, a rate equal to the sum of the Servicing Fee Rate, the Operating Advisor Fee Rate, the Asset Representations Reviewer Ongoing Fee Rate, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate and the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate.

Administrative merits determination means certain notices or findings of labor law violations issued by an enforcement agency following an investigation. Life-sustaining procedure means a medical procedure or intervention which serves only to prolong the dying process. Life‑sustaining procedures do not include the administration of medication or other treatment for comfort care or alleviation of pain. The principal shall indicate in the health care power of attorney whether the provision of nutrition and hydration through medically or surgically implanted tubes is desired.
Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.

Air Standards Manager means the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, or any other person who represents and carries out the duties of the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, as those duties relate to the conditions of this Certificate.
