Administrative Lender definition

Administrative Lender means NationsBank of Texas, N.A., a national banking association, as administrative agent for Lenders, or such successor administrative agent appointed pursuant to Section 10.1(b) hereof.

• No failure or delay by the Administrative Lender or any Lender in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of such right.

• Any amount so paid by the Lenders to the Administrative Lender shall be returned by the Administrative Lender pro rata to each paying Lender to the extent later paid by the Borrower or any other Person on the Borrower's behalf to the Administrative Lender.
