No failure or delay by the Administrative Lender or any Lender in exercising any right shall operate as a waiver of such right.
Any amount so paid by the Lenders to the Administrative Lender shall be returned by the Administrative Lender pro rata to each paying Lender to the extent later paid by the Borrower or any other Person on the Borrower's behalf to the Administrative Lender.
Except as aforesaid, the Administrative Lender shall be under no duty to enforce any rights with respect to any of the Advances, or any security therefor.
