Incremental Revolving Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Commitment.
Tranche C Lender means a Lender with a Tranche C Commitment or an outstanding Tranche C Term Loan.
Incremental Revolving Credit Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment or an outstanding revolving loan under the Credit Agreement of any class as a result of an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment.
Additional Revolving Lender means any Lender with an Additional Revolving Credit Commitment or any Additional Revolving Credit Exposure.
Incremental Revolving Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).
Extending Revolving Lender shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.22(a)(iii).
Tranche C Commitment means, as to each Lender, its obligation to (a) make Committed Loans to TFA pursuant to Section 2.1(c) and (b) purchase participations in Swing Line Loans, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.1 as its “Tranche C Commitment” or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender becomes a party hereto, as applicable, as such amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Incremental Revolving Facility Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment or an outstanding Incremental Revolving Loan.
Tranche B Lender means a Lender with a Tranche B Commitment or an outstanding Tranche B Term Loan.
Incremental Revolving Commitment has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.14(a).
Revolving Commitment Increase Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment means the aggregate of the Revolving Loan Commitments of all the Revolving Lenders, as may be reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to the terms hereof. The initial Aggregate Revolving Loan Commitment is Two Hundred Fifty Million and 00/100 Dollars ($250,000,000.00).
Extending Revolving Credit Lender has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).
Tranche C Term Loan Commitment means the commitment of a Lender to make a Tranche C Term Loan to Company pursuant to subsection 2.1A(iii), and "Tranche C Term Loan Commitments" means such commitments of all Lenders in the aggregate.
Incremental Term Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b).
Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to the Credit Agreement, to make available certain revolving credit loans to one or more Borrowers.
Revolving Commitment Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Term Loan Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Incremental Revolving Commitments has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Loan Commitment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Aggregate Revolving Commitment means the sum of the Revolving Commitments of all the Revolving Lenders.
Tranche C Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(c).
Term Loan Commitment Percentage means, for any Lender, the percentage identified as its Term Loan Commitment Percentage on Schedule 2.1(a), as such percentage may be modified in connection with any assignment made in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.6.
Tranche B Term Loan Lender each Lender that has a Tranche B Term Loan Commitment or is the holder of a Tranche B Term Loan.
Incremental Term Loan Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to the Credit Agreement, to make available certain term loans to one or more Borrowers.
Specified Existing Revolving Credit Commitment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).
