Actual Opening Date definition

Actual Opening Date means the date upon which the Contractor first provides no less than 50 Available Prisoner Places;
Actual Opening Date refers to and means the date upon which Franchisee first advertises, offers and/or provides services to the public concerning the Franchised Business.
Actual Opening Date or “AOD” means the date upon which the Contractor first provides no less than one hundred (100) Available Prisoner Places;

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • First Closing Date shall refer to the time and date of delivery of certificates for the Firm Shares and such Optional Shares). Any such time and date of delivery, if subsequent to the First Closing Date, is called an “Option Closing Date,” shall be determined by the Representatives and shall not be earlier than three or later than five full business days after delivery of such notice of exercise.
