Actual Ammonium Thiosulfate Production definition

Actual Ammonium Thiosulfate Production means, for any period, the total ammonium thiosulfate produced by the Operating Subsidiary at the Facility in the period in short tons and as reflected in the inventory calculations used for the Financial Statements.

Related to Actual Ammonium Thiosulfate Production

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Geothermal fluid means water in any form at temperatures greater than 120

  • Pyrophoric material means any liquid that ignites spontaneously in dry or moist air at or below 130° F (54.4° C) or solid, other than one classed as an explosive, which under normal conditions is liable to cause fires through friction, retained heat from manufacturing or processing, or which can be ignited readily and, when ignited, burns so vigorously and persistently as to create a serious transportation, handling, or disposal hazard. Included are spontaneously combustible and water-reactive materials.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • CBM means Capacity Benefit Margin.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Additives means non-hydrocarbon compounds added to or blended with a product to modify its properties;
