Acquiror Securities definition

Acquiror Securities has the meaning specified in Section 5.12(a).

Acquiror Securities means the Equity Securities of Acquiror.

Acquiror Securities shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.05(a).

• The foregoing represents all of the issued and outstanding Acquiror Securities as of the date of this Agreement.

• The Acquiror Securities issued to the Non-U.S. MailKey Security Holders are not being registered under the Securities Act on the basis of the statutory exemption provided by Regulation S promulgated thereunder, relating to offers and sales of Securities that occur outside of the United States.

More Definitions of Acquiror Securities

Acquiror Securities means the Parent Shares and the Buyer Note.

Acquiror Securities means Acquiror Ordinary Shares, Acquiror Warrants, Acquiror Rights, Acquiror UPO and Acquiror Units, collectively.
