Acquiror Securities definition

Acquiror Securities has the meaning specified in Section 5.12(a).
Acquiror Securities means the Equity Securities of Acquiror.
Acquiror Securities shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.05(a).

Acquiror Securities means the Parent Shares and the Buyer Note.
