Physical Securities definition

Physical Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Physical Securities means permanent certificated Securities in registered form issued in denomination of $1,000 Principal Amount and integral multiples thereof.
Physical Securities means one or more certificated Securities in registered form.
