Accounting Firms definition

Accounting Firms means any of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Co, Xxxxx & Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx, Deloitte Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, KPMG Peat Marwick, Price Waterhouse and any successor of them or such other accounting firm as the Shareholders shall unanimously approve;
Accounting Firms means Ernst & Young or Deloitte;
