Definition of Accountable Action


Accountable Action means an action that:

A State Contracting Government nominated under sub‑clause 56(5) of the Agreement, in respect of a Joint work or measure that is an Accountable Action, must give the Authority a proposed program to monitor the salinity impacts of that Accountable Action within 3 months after the Government is nominated.
The Authority must enter any Joint work or measure undertaken under this clause on a Register as an Accountable Action, in accordance with Part V.
