A-1 Principal Balance definition

A-1 Principal Balance means, as to any Payment Date, the Original Class HE: A-1 Principal Balance less all amounts previously distributed to Holders of Class HE: A-1 Certificates in respect of principal.
A-1 Principal Balance. As to any Distribution Date, the Original Class HE: A-1 Principal Balance less all amounts previously distributed to Holders of Class HE: A-1 Certificates in respect of principal.
