2013-B Vehicle definition

2013-B Vehicle has the meaning set forth in Section 8.01 to the 2013-B Servicing Supplement.
2013-B Vehicle means the new Mercedes-Benz passenger cars, sport utility vehicles and crossovers and smart automobiles allocated to the 2013-B Reference Pool.

  • The obligations of the Seller under this Agreement will not be affected by reason of any invalidity, illegality or irregularity of the 2013-B Exchange Note or any 2013-B Lease or 2013-B Vehicle allocated to the 2013-B Reference Pool.

  • The 2013-B Vehicle was titled in a State in accordance with the Titling Trust Agreement and in a manner acceptable to the related Registrar of Titles, and the Collateral Agent is noted as lienholder of the 2013-B Vehicle (other than in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska or South Dakota) and such lien is a perfected first priority security interest.

  • The related 2013-B Vehicle has a model year between 2010 and 2014, inclusive.

  • Neither the 2013-B Lease nor the 2013-B Vehicle has been sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or granted by any Dealer to any Person other than the Titling Trust.

  • The Titling Trust has good and marketable title to such 2013-B Lease and 2013-B Vehicle, free and clear of any Liens (other than Permitted Liens), participations and rights of others, including, to the knowledge of the Servicer, Liens (other than Permitted Liens) or claims for work, labor or material relating to such 2013-B Vehicle.

Related to 2013-B Vehicle

  • Light vehicle means a motor vehicle commonly referred to as an automobile, van, sport utility

  • Fleet Vehicle means one of a large group of New Vehicles sold to a Person (e.g., a rental car agency) which purchases in excess of ten (10) Vehicles per purchase contract for commercial use.

  • Matured Vehicle as of any date means any Leased Vehicle the related Lease of which has reached its Maturity Date or has been terminated in connection with a Lessee Initiated Early Termination (and the Lessee is not in default under such Lease) or in connection with a Casualty Termination, which Leased Vehicle has been returned to the Servicer on behalf of the Titling Trust, if applicable.

  • the vehicle means the vehicle named in the licence.

  • Motorized Vehicle means a passenger car, station wagon, van, jeep-type automobile, truck, ambulance or any type of motorized vehicle used by municipal, provincial or federal police forces.

  • Used vehicle means a Vehicle other than a New Vehicle.

  • Covered Vehicle means a private passenger vehicle (including mini-vans, pickup trucks and sport utility vehicles) which is registered or rented to You during Your Trip, which is rated ¾ ton in weight or less, not used for racing, dealer services, dealer loaners, taxi, limousine, shuttle, delivery, hauling, towing, road repair service, construction service, snow removal, or as a public livery vehicle, or any other commercial use.

  • Leased Vehicle means a new or used Nissan or Infiniti automobile, sport utility vehicle, minivan or light-duty truck, together with all accessories, parts and additions constituting a part thereof, and all accessions thereto, leased to a Lessee pursuant to a Lease.

  • Transfer Vehicle means any vehicle that operates in space and transfers Payloads or persons or both between two different space objects, between two different locations on the same space object, or between a space object and the surface of a celestial body. A Transfer Vehicle also includes a vehicle that departs from and returns to the same location on a space object.

  • Eligible Vehicle means a Vehicle (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, a Service Vehicle) in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy or France (as applicable):

  • Rental Vehicle means a New Vehicle less than two years old owned by a New Vehicle Borrower and purchased directly from a manufacturer as a New Vehicle and that is used as a service loaner vehicle or is periodically subject to a rental contract with customers of the New Vehicle Borrower for loaner or rental periods of up to thirty (30) consecutive days or is used by dealership personnel in connection with parts and service operations.
