2012 Securities definition

2012 Securities means the Company’s 1.50% Convertible Subordinated Notes due 2012, as amended or supplemented from time to time pursuant to the terms of this Indenture, that are issued under this Indenture.
2012 Securities means the 2012 Shares, the 2012 Warrants and the 2012 Warrant Shares (assuming the exercise in full of the 2012 Warrants without regard to any limitations on exercise of the 2012 Warrants).
2012 Securities means the Original 2012 Securities, together with the Exchange 2012 Securities.
