2000 Note Purchase Agreement definition

2000 Note Purchase Agreement means the Note Purchase Agreement, dated as of February 1, 2000, among the Borrower and the Purchasers named therein, pursuant to which the 2000 Fixed Rate Senior Notes were issued.
2000 Note Purchase Agreement means, collectively, the separate Note Purchase Agreements, dated as of June 2, 2000, as amended up to and including the Second Restatement Date, between the Company and each of the purchasers named on Annex 1 thereto.
