GOVERNING LAW. 本約定書及依本約定書所為各項交易均應依中華民國法律及相關法令規定辦理，且就本約定書及該等交易所生之一切訴訟，均得由台北地方法院或 貴行選定之其他法院為非專屬管轄。 This Agreement and all transactions contemplated herein shall be governed by the laws of the R.O.C. and applicable rules and regulations and any dispute arising from such transactions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court and such other courts as may be selected by the Bank.
