Fund Data means, collectively, the Front End Data and the Fund Settings.

Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, BNY shall provide Authorized Persons with access to Fund Data at BNY's facilities during BNY's normal business hours in the format and on the equipment normally utilized by BNY and if reasonably requested during such visit provide printed output of the Fund Data at the Fund's expense.
Authorized Access - DST shall have controls that are designed to maintain the logical separation such that access to systems hosting Fund Data and/or being used to provide services to Fund will uniquely identify each individual requiring access, grant access only to authorized personnel based on the principle of least privileges, and prevent unauthorized access to Fund Data.
User Access - DST shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any DST personnel who no longer requires such access.
Data pertaining to the Fund which the Fund is obligated to keep as its books and records pursuant to Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act and which is held in the BNY System due to the services performed hereunder by BNY pursuant to Section 3 ("Fund Data") shall be the property of the Fund.
DST shall destroy removable media and any mobile device (such as discs, USB drives, DVDs, back-up tapes, laptops and PDAs) containing Fund Data or use commercially reasonable efforts to render Fund Data on such physical media unintelligible if such media or mobile device is no longer intended to be used.

More Definitions of Fund Data

Fund Data shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.

Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds or FIS on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Order, in connection with the Processing to be performed by FIS in accordance with this Order, including information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Funds.

Fund Data is defined in Section 4.3;

Fund Data means any and all data, information, records, reports, files, documents, or other materials, in any form or medium, that are provided, made available, or otherwise disclosed by or on behalf of any Fund to FIS in connection with this Order, or that are generated or Processed by FIS solely on behalf of or for the benefit of the Funds pursuant to this Order. Fund Data includes, without limitation: (i) investor account data and transaction information; (ii) portfolio holdings and valuation information; (iii) regulatory filings and compliance-related records; (iv) investment policies, risk procedures, and internal governance data, including any policies established under Rule 22c-2 or similar rules for the purpose of eliminating or reducing dilution of the value of outstanding securities issued by a Fund; and (v) any Confidential Information of the Funds as defined in this Order that is provided for Processing.

Fund Data means all data of the Fund provided to the Service Provider by the Fund or any service provider thereof including, but not limited to, data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptive data, market data and the like, and all output and derivatives thereof. For purposes of clarification, “Fund Data” shall include any information received by the Service Provider from (1) the Fund’s clearing broker or Trading Advisor’s(s), (2) the managed accounts or other vehicles in which the Fund invests, or (3) any administrator or clearing broker for such managed accounts or other vehicles.

Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds, or BISYS on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Agreement, in connection with the processing to be performed using the Licensed System, including, without limitation, information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Fund, such as the Company Policies and the Company Documents.

Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds, or Citi on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Agreement, in connection with the processing to be performed using the Licensed System, including, without limitation, information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Fund, such as the Company Policies and the Company Documents.
