Fund Data definition

Fund Data means all information Fund, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable DST to perform the Services, but excluding DST Property.
Fund Data means, collectively, the Front End Data and the Fund Settings.
Fund Data means all information with respect to the Fund’s business, financials, and customers, and Market Data provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services, but excluding SS&C Property.

Examples of Fund Data in a sentence

  • Data pertaining to the Fund which the Fund is obligated to keep as its books and records pursuant to Section 31(a) of the 1940 Act and which is held in the BNY System due to the services performed hereunder by BNY pursuant to Section 3 ("Fund Data") shall be the property of the Fund.

  • Upon the reasonable request of the Fund, BNY shall provide Authorized Persons with (i) access to Fund Data at BNY's facilities during BNY's normal business hours in the format and on the equipment normally utilized by BNY and if reasonably requested during such visit provide, (ii) printed output of the Fund Data or copies thereof (or, as the Fund may request, in an electronic form that is supported at the time by the BNY System without modification of any nature) at the Fund's expense.


More Definitions of Fund Data

Fund Data shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.
Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds or FIS on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Order, in connection with the Processing to be performed by FIS in accordance with this Order, including information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Funds.
Fund Data means all data of the Fund provided to the Service Provider by the Fund or any service provider thereof including, but not limited to, data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptive data, market data and the like, and all output and derivatives thereof. For purposes of clarification, “Fund Data” shall include any information received by the Service Provider from (1) the Fund’s clearing broker or Trading Advisor’s(s), (2) the managed accounts or other vehicles in which the Fund invests, or (3) any administrator or clearing broker for such managed accounts or other vehicles.

Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds, or BISYS on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Agreement, in connection with the processing to be performed using the Licensed System, including, without limitation, information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Fund, such as the Company Policies and the Company Documents.
Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds, or Citi on behalf of the funds pursuant to this Agreement, in connection with the processing to be performed using the Licensed System, including, without limitation, information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Fund, such as the Company Policies and the Company Documents.
Fund Data means all information and facts owned by the Fund or collected on behalf of the Administrator, including, without limitation, any technical, business or investor information, of any kind, or in any form, format or medium (including, without limitation, all interrelated, unique data items or records in one or more computer files). CCM shall keep confidential any Fund Data it receives, maintains, processes or otherwise accesses while providing the Services contemplated herein and will use such Fund Data solely for performing its obligations under this Agreement. CCM will not release Fund Data except as otherwise provided for in Section 4 or with the consent of Administrator. Notwithstanding the above, CCM may release Fund Data to its nominees, subcontractors or third-party service providers, including providers under the Service Agreements (the “Third Parties”), provided that each such Third Party shall be required by CCM to agree to comply with the terms of confidentiality in this Agreement or other substantially similar terms.
