Процедуры безопасности. Вы обязаны использовать уникальные идентификаторы пользователя, цифровые сертификаты, коды доступа, пароли и другие средства идентификации (далее вместе - "Процедуры безопасности"), которые Ситибанк выдал Вам или каким-либо другим образом определил для Вас в соответствующий момент времени. Вы обязаны обеспечивать защиту закрепленных за Вами средств и Процедур безопасности и не вправе разрешать или уполномочивать какое-либо третье лицо на получение доступа к Системе и (или) Контенту Системы. Вы не вправе менять, удалять, отключать или каким-либо другим образом уклоняться от использования любого из средств и Процедур безопасности либо помогать (или позволять) любому другому лицу действовать подобным образом, и Вы несете единоличную ответственность за любое такое происшествие. Вы обязаны незамедлительно уведомить Ситибанк, если Вам станет известно о любом несанкционированном доступе или использовании Системы и (или) любого Контента Системы, либо о любой утрате или краже закрепленных за Вами средств и Процедур безопасности. Ваша фирма обязана предоставлять Ситибанку и поддерживать в актуальном состоянии всю информацию, которая может быть обоснованно необходима Ситибанку в соответствующий момент времени в отношении каждого Уполномоченного пользователя, а также Ваша фирма соглашается незамедлительно уведомлять Ситибанк в порядке, предусмотренном в соответствии со средствами и Процедурами безопасности, если доступ, полученный любым Уполномоченным пользователем, не является надлежащим. Никакое изменение или прекращение Вашего доступа (или доступа любого Уполномоченного пользователя) не влечет недействительность любой Инструкции (как определено ниже) или Сделки, заключенной до вступления в силу такого изменения или прекращения.

  • Industrial Accident or Illness Leave 7.6.1 All unit members shall receive sixty (60) days’ leave with pay in any one fiscal year for an industrial accident or illness. An industrial accident or illness is defined as one where the unit member becomes ill or is injured while he/she is serving the District, and, the accident or illness is reported to the District’s Self-Insurance Program in accordance with District regulations, and, the District Self-Insurance Program accepts responsibility for the treatment of the unit member.

Said election shall be effective at the 1st day of the month following election and shall continue until a new election is made pursuant to the provisions of this section. Additionally, employees hired after September 1 and employees who first become eligible for benefits after September 1 may declare in writing to the District Treasurer that he/she does not elect to be covered under Section A and E or the remainder of the period from the date of hire through the subsequent August 31 may opt out of the District Plan, if he/she is covered by another plan outside the District. If an employee opts out of the medical plan coverage of the District, that employee may only be permitted to change his/her election and to reenroll under the health plan prior to the following August 31 if (1) there has been a change in status that would permit the employee to change his/her election under the applicable rules and regulations of the IRS under Section 125 of the Federal tax law, and (2) such change would be a qualifying event defined by the health plan of the school district. If the employee’s election of no coverage remains in effect until the following August 31, said bargaining unit member shall be paid $1,000 for the 12-month period from the effective date of his/her election [or number of months employed or eligible for benefits to August 31 if a new employee or first time eligible employee or to the end of the month for which coverage has not been received if the election is changed as permitted in this paragraph] (prorated for persons who have prorated insurance to the same percentage as paid by the Board for prorated insurance). The payment provided in this section shall be paid in a lump sum no later than June 30 in that school year that coverage was waived. Any bargaining unit member under single coverage of the school district’s health insurance plan who declares in writing to the District Treasurer before September 15 that he/she does not elect to be covered under one of the District’s insurance options under Section A and E for the entire school year may opt out of the District Plan, if he/she is covered by another plan outside the District. Said election shall be effective at the first day of the month following election and shall continue until a new election is made pursuant to the provisions of this section.   • Waiver of Premium In the event an employee becomes totally disabled before age seventy (70), there shall be a waiver of premium for all life insurance coverage that the employee had at the time of disability.

  • General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages a. City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds as respects damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor; or automobiles owned, leased, hired, or borrowed by the Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers.
