Your Information and Account Data with Other Financial Institutions. Our financial management tools allow you to view accounts that you may have outside our financial institution (this is a process called “aggregation”). When you choose to use online financial services which are applicable to data that you have transacted with other financial institutions or card issuers, you are consenting to us accessing and aggregating your data from those outside financial institutions. That data includes your financial institution account access number(s), password(s), security question(s) and answer(s), account number(s), login information, and any other security or access information used to access your account(s) with other financial institutions, and the actual data in your account(s) with such financial institution(s) such as account balances, debits and deposits (collectively, "Financial Account Data"). In giving that consent, you are agreeing that we, or a third party vendor on our behalf, may use, copy and retain all non-personally identifiable information of yours for the following purposes: (i) as pertains to the use, function, or performance of the services which you have selected; (ii) as necessary or useful in helping us, or third parties on our behalf, to diagnose or correct errors, problems, or defects in the services you have selected; (iii) for measuring downloads, acceptance, or use of the services you have selected; (iv) for the security or protection of the services you have selected; (v) for the evaluation, introduction, implementation, or testing of the services you have selected, or their upgrade, improvement or enhancement; (vi) to assist us in performing our obligations to you in providing the services you have selected. If we make additional online financial services available to you which are applicable to data that you have transacted with other financial institutions or card issuers, and which we will aggregate at this site, we will separately ask for your consent to collect and use that information to provide you with relevant offers and services. If you give us your consent, you will be agreeing to permit us to use Financial Account Data to help us suggest savings opportunities or additional products and services to you.   • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Information Italian residents who, at any time during the fiscal year, hold foreign financial assets (including cash and Shares) which may generate income taxable in Italy are required to report these assets on their annual tax returns (UNICO Form, RW Schedule) for the year during which the assets are held, or on a special form if no tax return is due. These reporting obligations will also apply to Italian residents who are the beneficial owners of foreign financial assets under Italian money laundering provisions.

  • Other Financial Information Budgets, sales projections, operating plans and other financial information reasonably requested by Bank.

  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.

  • Seller Financial Information If requested by Buyer, Seller shall deliver to Buyer (a) within one hundred twenty (120) days following the end of each fiscal year, a copy of Seller’s annual report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year (or audited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal year if otherwise available) and (b) within sixty (60) days after the end of each of its first three fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, a copy of such Party’s quarterly report containing unaudited consolidated financial statements for such fiscal quarter. In all cases the statements shall be for the most recent accounting period and shall be prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; provided, however, that should any such statements not be available on a timely basis due to a delay in preparation or certification, such delay shall not be an Event of Default so long as such Party diligently pursues the preparation, certification and delivery of the statements.

  • Loan Account and Accounting Agent shall maintain a loan account (the "Loan Account") on its books to record: all Advances, all payments made by Borrower, and all other debits and credits as provided in this Agreement with respect to the Loans or any other Obligations. All entries in the Loan Account shall be made in accordance with Agent's customary accounting practices as in effect from time to time. The balance in the Loan Account, as recorded on Agent's most recent printout or other written statement, shall, absent manifest error, be presumptive evidence of the amounts due and owing to Agent and Lenders by Borrower; provided, that any failure to so record or any error in so recording shall not limit or otherwise affect Borrower's duty to pay the Obligations. Agent shall render to Borrower a monthly accounting of transactions with respect to the Loans setting forth the balance of the Loan Account for the immediately preceding month. Unless Borrower notifies Agent in writing of any objection to any such accounting (specifically describing the basis for such objection), within 30 days after the date thereof, each and every such accounting shall (absent manifest error) be deemed final, binding and conclusive on Borrower in all respects as to all matters reflected therein. Only those items expressly objected to in such notice shall be deemed to be disputed by Borrower. Notwithstanding any provision herein contained to the contrary, any Lender may elect (which election may be revoked) to dispense with the issuance of Notes to that Lender and may rely on the Loan Account as evidence of the amount of Obligations from time to time owing to it.
