  • Your General Obligations 6.1 Full information You must give us any information we reasonably require for the purposes of this contract. The information must be correct, and you must not mislead or deceive us in relation to any information provided to us.

  • General Obligation Except as permitted by Clause 14.2, all Confidential Information shall be held confidential during and after the continuance of this contract and shall not be divulged in any way to any third party without the prior written approval of the other party.

Each Party shall apply its measures relating to the provisions of this Chapter in accordance with Article 116 (General Principles) and, in particular, shall expeditiously apply those measures so as to avoid unduly impairing or delaying trade in goods or services or conduct of investment activities under this Agreement. 2.   • General Obligations of the Parties 33.2.1 The Parties must, at all times:

  • Limitation With Respect to Replacement Arrangements Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any negotiations regarding any UNE- replacement arrangement, facility, service or the like that Verizon is not required to provide under the Federal Unbundling Rules (including without limitation any arrangement, facility, service or the like that Verizon offers under an access tariff) shall be deemed not to have been conducted pursuant to the Agreement, 47 U.S.C. § 252(a)(1), or 47 C.F.R. Part 51, and shall not be subject to arbitration or other requirements under to 47 U.S.C. § 252(b). Any reference in this Attachment to Verizon's provision of a arrangement, facility, service or the like that Verizon is not required to provide under the Federal Unbundling Rules is solely for the convenience of the Parties and shall not be construed to require or permit: (a) arbitration pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 252(b) of the rates, terms, or conditions upon which Verizon may provide such arrangement, facility, service or the like, or (b) application of 47 U.S.C. § 252 in any other respect.

The Allottee further undertakes, assures and guarantees that he/she would not put any sign-board / name-plate, neon light, publicity material or advertisement material etc. on the face / facade of the Building or anywhere on the exterior of the Project, buildings therein or Common Areas. The Allottees shall also not change the colour scheme of the outer walls or painting of the exterior side of the windows or carry out any change in the exterior elevation or design. Further the Allottee shall not store any hazardous or combustible goods in the [Apartment/Plot] or place any heavy material in the common passages or staircase of the Building. The Allottee shall also not remove any wall, including the outer and load bearing wall of the [Apartment/Plot]. The Allottee shall plan and distribute its electrical load in conformity with the electrical systems installed by the Promoter and thereafter the association of allottees and/or maintenance agency appointed by association of allottees. The Allottee shall be responsible for any loss or damages arising out of breach of any of the aforesaid conditions.

  • GENERAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE SUPPLIER/SERVICE PROVIDER 9.1 The Supplier/Service Provider shall:
