Common use of Xxxxxxxxxx Refreshment / Products and Services Improvement‐ Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxxxx Refreshment / Products and Services Improvement‐. 55.2.1. At any time during the life of this Catalog, the original manufacturer of the equipment (includes software and services) schedules the products for discontinuation, improvement and/or replacement, the Catalog holder shall update its NASA SEWP V contract to provide a proposal to include the new or revised products on the Catalog under the appropriate line items. Proposed prices for new or revised products shall be constructed in accordance with this Catalog for most favored prices. Discounts shall be at the same or greater discount level as the original Catalog product prices. Minimum discounts shall remain constant throughout the term of this Catalog, as listed in Attachment 2.
