Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Director agrees to execute the Company’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines in the form attached hereto.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. The Director agrees to abide by any Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines or any other similar guidelines or policies reasonably promulgated by the Company or any of its affiliates.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Director acknowledges that he has received and executed the Company’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Compliance Policy.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. The Director agrees to execute the Company’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. In addition, the Director shall provide the Company on a semi-annual basis a certification of Director’s compliance with such Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Director agrees to never participate in any xxxxxxx xxxxxxx and will comply with any policies adopted by the Company that are applicable to directors, such as an Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Policy.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Director agrees to execute and comply at all times with the Company’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines as well as any other policies adopted by the Company that are applicable to directors.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Director agrees to acknowledge and agree to the Company’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines as promulgated from time to time.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Director agrees to execute the Company’s Policy Prohibiting Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Unauthorized Disclosure of Information to Others in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Xx. Xxxxxxx agrees to execute and comply at all times with the Company’s Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines as well as any other policies adopted by the Company that are applicable to directors.
Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Guidelines. Director agrees to in all respects abide by the Company’s xxxxxxx xxxxxxx guidelines, as such guidelines may be modified from time-to-time.
