Xxxxxxx Radiology. Medical Group III shall cause each Managed Practice to: (i) provide professional services to its patients in compliance with ethical standards, laws, rules and regulations applicable to the operations of such Managed Practice; (ii) assure that each physician employee of such Managed Practice has all required licenses, credentials, approvals and other certifications to perform his or her duties and services for such Managed Practice; and (iii) maintain all licenses required to operate such Managed Practices' business under applicable law.
