Xxxxxxx on Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors, assigns, executors, and legal representatives of the Parties to this Agreement and the Released Parties.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the rights and duties of the Parties may not be assigned or delegated without the approval of the non- assigning Party. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the successors and assigns of the Parties hereto.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. The Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors in interest, transferees, assigns, present and future partners, subsidiary corporations, affiliates, agents, representatives, heirs, and administrators of each of the parties hereto. Any reference in this Agreement to a party shall be deemed to apply to any successor in interest, transferee, assign, present or future partner, subsidiary corporation, affiliate, agent, representative, heir or administrator of such party.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. This Program shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors in interest, transferees, assigns, present and future partners, subsidiary corporations, affiliates, agents, representatives, heirs, and administrators of each party that agrees to the terms of this Program. Any reference in this Program to a party shall be deemed to apply to any successor in interest, transferee, assign, present or future partner, subsidiary corporation, affiliate, agent, representative, heir, or administrator of such party.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. This Settlement Agreement is binding on all Settling Class Members and their successors, transferees, heirs, and assigns. This Settlement Agreement is binding on Class Counsel’s successors, transferees, heirs, and assigns. This Settlement Agreement is binding on, and shall inure to the benefit of, the District Defendant and its successors, transferees, heirs, and assigns.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. This Agreement shall be binding upon the successors, assigns, or transferees of ABAG POWER or Public Agency as the case may be. This provision shall not be construed as an authorization to assign, transfer, hypothecate, or pledge this Agreement other than as provided above.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 7(B) above, the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. Each and every provision hereof shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the heirs, assigns, personal representatives, executors and administrators of each party, and all successors in the interest of the parties. No person shall have a right or cause of action arising or resulting from this agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in interest.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. This Agreement is binding on MIE and its successors, heirs, transferees, and assigns.
Xxxxxxx on Successors. Each and all of the terms and agreements herein contained shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors in interest of the Tenant, and wherever the context permits or requires the successors in interest to the County.
