Settling Class Members definition

Settling Class Members means Representative Plaintiffs and other members of the Settlement Class who do not timely and validly exclude themselves from the Settlement pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(c) and in accordance with the procedure to be established by the Court.
