Xxxxxx’x goods. We will pay for damage to goods in your custody and control and for which you are legally liable as xxxxxx whilst within the premises insofar as such goods are not otherwise insured. We will not pay i) for loss by theft or attempted theft of gold, silver, precious stones, precious metals, bullion, furs, curiosities, works of art, rare books, audio visual goods, computer equipment, cameras, jewellery or money.

  • Xxxxxx Failure by either party to take action or assert any right under this Contract will not be deemed a waiver of such right in the event of the continuation or repetition of the circumstances giving rise to such right. Any such waiver must be in writing and signed by the parties.
