Xxxxxx Xxxx Property. As part of the Arrangement Agreement (Note 4) the Company acquired the Xxxxxx Xxxx Property from RTN (the former parent) by issuing 17,583,372 common shares of the Company in the consideration for $67,185 which was RTN’s carrying value of the Xxxxxx Xxxx Property. At the prior year ended September 30, 2010, management concluded that it would not be economic viable to proceed further on this project and decided to abandon the Xxxxxx Xxxx Property. As a result the Company wrote off this mineral property to $ nil and recorded an impairment charge of $67,185 in the prior year ended June 30, 2010.
