The Recipient will submit each request for payment for Eligible Expenditures, including the Final Payment request, in respect of the Project to the Province in accordance with, and on the frequency as indicated in Schedule “D” (Reports) and, if the Province so requested pursuant to paragraph K.4.1(f), after review by the Committee.

The Recipient agrees to submit each Sub- project request for payment for Eligible Expenditures to the Province semi- annually and on a date to be specified by the Province at its sole discretion, and, subject to paragraph K.4.1 (f), after review by the Committee.
