Reports and Statements. The Lending Agent shall furnish the Client with the reports and statements set forth in the Securities Lending Guidelines or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Reports and Statements. Each report and statement issued by Transfer Agent shall be deemed correct unless Transfer Agent receives written notice of any incorrectness, incompleteness or inaccuracy in the report or statement within thirty (30) days.
