Payment by the Province Sample Clauses

Payment by the Province. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, upon receipt of a request for payment fully completed in accordance with this Schedule “J” (Requests for Payment and Payment Procedures), the Province will use its reasonable efforts to pay Funds to the Recipient based on the Recipient’s incurred and paid Eligible Expenditures up to the Maximum Funds, if due and owing under the terms of the Agreement. Claims will be reimbursed based on the Percentage of Provincial Support and the Percentage of Federal Support as set out in Sub-schedule “C.1” (Project Description and Financial Information).

Payment by the Province. Subject to the Province receiving the necessary annual appropriation from the Ontario Legislature or funds from Canada, or both, upon receipt of a request for payment fully completed in accordance with this Schedule “J” (Requests for Payment and Payment Procedures), the Province will use its reasonable efforts to make a payment to the Recipient, if due and owing under the terms of the Agreement, in a timely manner. The Province will under no circumstances be liable for interest for failure to make a payment within the time limit provided for in this Article J.4.0 (Payments).
