Common use of WRITTEN NOTICE OF INTENT Clause in Contracts

WRITTEN NOTICE OF INTENT. ‌ Employees who are to be demoted, suspended or discharged for just cause shall be given written notice of such intended action, including the reasons therefore issued by the immediate supervisor/manager. A copy of such written notices shall be sent simultaneously to the Union.
