Common use of Written Complaints Clause in Contracts

Written Complaints. 1. Upon receipt of the District and/or immediate supervisor of a written complaint against a Building Administrator, the District agrees that prior to any formal action other than suspension with pay against a Building Administrator he/she shall be given an opportunity, not to exceed ten (10) days, to provide the District with, either in person, and/or by confidential memorandum, any background information he/she may deem appropriate. The District agrees that the Building Administrator may appear personally before the Superintendent or his/her designated agent in providing such background information and may, at his/her discretion, have an Association representative present.
