Common use of Written Complaints Clause in Contracts

Written Complaints. If a complaint written by an administrator is placed in an employee’s personnel file, a copy shall be promptly given to the employee. The employee shall have ten (10) working days from the receipt of the copy to make a written response which shall also be placed in the file.
