Wrapper-Weighers. Provided further, that all full-time Wrapper-Weighers who were actively employed as of October 21, 1968, and who at that time had less than twenty-four (24) months of contin­ uous service shall receive a minimum increase of twenty-two and one-half cents (22%c) per hour ($9.00 per week) effective September 2, 1968*, and shall remain at the increased rate until properly qualifying, under the continuous-service pro­ gression requirements listed above, for the next bracket (or service) rate higher than the increased rate. Thereafter, for the term of this Agreement, such Wrapper-Weighers, and all Wrapper-Weighers hired after October 21, 1968, shall progress through the brackets until they reach the top rate.
