– WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE BOARD AND REINSTATEMENT. O-1 (a) The Hospital will notify the Bargaining Unit President of the names of all nurses who go off work due to a work related injury or L.T.D. The Hospital will provide to the Union a monthly list of all Bargaining Unit members on modified work programs at the beginning of each month.
