Workforce Deployment. Because of changing business practices or organizational structure, a need to re‐deploy employees may occur. In such cases, the Company will give as much advance notice to the Union as is practicable. If an open position occurs for a Job Classification in which an employee has been redeployed from or identified for re‐deployment to, the employee already assigned to that Job Classification can apply and shall have first consideration within a year from redeployment for the open position.
