Workday Start Times. The start time for monitors may begin as early as 6 a.m. and as late as 1 p.m. The monitors with start times beginning after 11:30 a.m. shall receive a shift premium pay of an additional $0.75 per hour over the monitors’ normal rate of pay and shall be scheduled to have two fifteen minute rest breaks and a half-hour duty free dinner period.

  • Contract Times A. Time of the Essence

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Contract Time The period of time established for completion of the Project by the Contract Documents. Contract Time commences upon the date specified in the Proceed Order and ends upon the Material Completion and Occupancy Date, as it may be amended.
