WORK YEAR FOR ESL RESOURCE TEACHERS. ESL Resource Teachers shall work twenty (20) days longer than the regular teachers in some combination of days before and after the school year days. ESL Resource Teachers shall work up to five (5) days before the regular work year to prepare for the opening of school and fifteen (15) or more days if five (5) days not worked beforehand.
