Work outside the United Kingdom. 19.1 The Employee may be required to work outside the United Kingdom for more than one month at any one time during the course of his employment under this Agreement. When the Employee is working outside the UK in the performance of his duties, he shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. He will not receive any additional remuneration by reason of working outside the UK and his salary shall continue to be in UK pounds sterling in accordance with this Agreement.
