Travel for Work. From time to time you will need to travel within India and abroad. You will need to maintain all required papers (passport, VISAs) to ensure ability to travel at short notice. While your base will remain the Bengaluru, Karnataka region, the Company may request you to spend extended periods of time in other locations including the office of Company’s parent company in New Jersey, USA.

Performance Evaluation Service monitoring and performance evaluation are mandatory for regular IPSAs as part of a process to provide regular feedback about individual performance and progress achieved against agreed terms of reference, as well as objectives and results. Performance of the IPSA holder must be communicated to the IPSA throughout the duration of the IPSA. In this context, the purpose of the Performance Evaluation is to: Review progress against agreed upon terms of reference and objectives; Provide feedback on the performance of the individual IPSA holder; and Make informed decisions on contractual matters (extension, non-renewal). For regular IPSA holders, a full- service evaluation report must be completed, using the online PMD platform for any service period exceeding six months worked during that evaluation year. Where the PMD platform is not available or for short-term IPSA holders, the IPSA Service Evaluation form in Annex 5 can be used. For short-term IPSAs, or for periods of service of less than six months, only section I of the IPSA Performance Evaluation form is to be completed and should be documented as a note to file. Each Service Evaluation form must be filed for record keeping by the human resources focal point of the Business Unit, or online when available. Learning Opportunities IPSA holders must complete any corporate mandatory training courses within the required time established by UNDP. IPSA holders who have been on IPSA continuously for at least twelve months may have access to learning and development opportunities available to UNDP personnel, including access to formal programmes (in line with the target audiences and requirements established for such programmes), on-demand learning resources, and the UNDP learning management system/platform(s), and only if such trainings are deemed to be necessary due to the natural progression of the function and its requirements.   • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement.
