Events covered for assistance Illness, injury or death during covered travel. Events covered for insurance ✓ Cancellation ✓ Late arrival ✓ Interruption of stay ✓ Forgotten item ✓ Replacement vehicle Execution of services The assistance services covered by this agreement can only be triggered with prior approval from MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE. As a result, no expenditure made under the authority of the Beneficiaries may be reimbursed by MUTUAIDE ASSISTANCE. Excess Portion of the loss left to be paid by the Insured provided for in the policy in the event of indemnity following a loss. The excess can be expressed as an amount, percentage, in days, hours, or kilometres. Long-haul: “Long-haul” refers to travel to countries not listed in the “Medium-haul” definition.
Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.
WORK STOPPAGE There has not been, and there is not currently, any labour trouble which is having a Material Adverse Effect or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Shiftwork 38.1 Shift Penalties (Excluding Home Care Classifications)
HOURS OF WORK & OVERTIME 9.01 A regular work week shall consist of forty (40) hours worked between Monday and Saturday.

OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES 1. Coordinate the layout, printing and electronic delivery of publicly disseminated prospectuses and shareholder reports, make recommendations to improve their effectiveness or reduce expenses.
WORK STOPPAGES Matters subject to the procedures of this Article shall be settled and resolved in the manner provided herein. During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no cessation or stoppage of work, lockout, picketing or boycotts, except that this limitation shall not be binding upon either party hereto if the other party refuses to perform any obligation under this Article or refuses or fails to abide by, accept or perform a decision or award of an arbitrator.
