Within Tribal and Trust Lands. The Resident Tribal Member shall use the Resident Tribal Member/Tribal Entity Sales Tax and Use Tax Refund Request and shall also file a signed statement from the contractor stating the location at which materials were affixed to real estate, the date the work was done, the amount paid for materials, and the sales tax and use tax paid on the purchases of the materials. If the claim is for an affixation to a Resident Tribal Member’s principal residence, the Resident Tribal Member shall attest to that fact.

  • County Responsibilities 5.1 The COUNTY shall designate a COUNTY staff member to act as COUNTY’s Project Manager.
