Withdrawal of Certain Members. If a Member ceases to hold any Units, then the Member will cease to be a Member and to have the power to exercise any rights or powers of a Member under this Agreement.

If a Member has Transferred all of its Interest to one or more Assignees in accordance with this Article 9, then such Member shall cease to be a member of CF LLC when all such Assignees have been admitted as Members in accordance with Section 3.6 or Section 9.6, as applicable.
